• Food booths – we count on the different nationalities to offer delicious food diversity to our party! We need volunteers to head and help with different food booths.

Attention Brazilian parents – you can participate by donating R$ 20,00 to buy food or you can donate 1,5 hours of your time working at the booth. Please contact Zilma Figueiredo (cel: 19 7801-4103) to participate.
• Vendors – we offer 4 premium spots (first come-first serve basis) for product/service promotion. EAC families/staff pay R$ 1,000 for each spot, and families outside EAC will pay higher fee. Please contact Cláudia Brandão if you want a spot (phone 2102-1015 or claudia_brandao@eac.com.br)

• Music and Dancing - What’s a Giant Birthday Party without music and dancing? If you are interested or have a group that is interested in performing at International Day on May 19, please contact Chris Kuczynski via email at chris_kuczynski@eac.com.br . Please include in your email the type of act to be performed, names of the participants, and any special needs concerning the performance. Acts should be between 10 to 20 minutes. Places will be filled on a “first come, first served” basis. Be a part of the arts at EAC!
