We are happy to announce that our community service program has been certified by the Institute "Faça Parte" which is recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education and by UNESCO. This certification confirms the commitment and quality of the projects developed by EAC students and teachers.
The project submitted by the school for this certification was led by alumni Mattheus Lian'09 (during his senior year) and by teachers Jaqueline Aguiar and Ana Regina Contarelli. It established a partnership with "Lar da Criança Feliz", an institution for children separated from parents by legal intervention. The efforts employed by this group's members and by the participants of all the other projects are herein recognized and celebrated as another important step in raising responsible citizens who are capable of using their knowledge to benefit the whole community.
Congratulations to all involved in the CIP program for this important recognition! We are confident that our program will continue to grow and impact the lives of those who pass through our campus.
